Open TuCora and go to Home
Sign in with your email if you aren't already. Make sure you're on the main screen (the one with the heart).

Tap the gear icon
It's at the top right of the Home screen. The Settings panel opens.

In the "My account" card, tap "Delete account"
The link is at the bottom of the card, in underlined pink. If you signed in with email and password, we'll ask for your password to confirm (a security step); if you signed in with Google only, just confirming the notice is enough. Your account and all associated data are deleted from our servers instantly and irreversibly.

Do you have an active Premium subscription?
Before deleting your account, cancel your subscription in Google Play (Settings → My account → Manage subscription). If you delete it first, the subscription will keep charging you until the end of the billing period.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email, date of birth, record of Terms acceptance.
- Your premium subscription: if you have an active one, you first need to cancel it in Google Play. If you delete it first, it will keep charging you.
- History of redeemed coupons: redeemed codes are unlinked from your account.
What is NOT deleted automatically
- Your local data (profiles, journal, calendar, events) lives only on your phone, encrypted, and is deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Delete EVERYTHING" in Settings. Deleting your account from the server doesn't touch it.
Timeframes
- Immediate and irreversible deletion: when you confirm from the app, your account and all associated data are erased from our servers instantly. There is no way to recover them.
Don't have the app installed?
- You don't need to reinstall TuCora to delete your account. Email us at soporte@tucora.com.ar from the email associated with your account (or tell us which one it is) and ask us to close it.
- We'll delete your account and all associated data on our servers within a maximum of 30 days, usually much sooner.
- Remember that local data (profiles, journal, calendar) lives encrypted only on your phone and we can't touch it: it's deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Delete EVERYTHING" in Settings.
